Welcome to apartment 22A at Alcossebre Village, a very modern fully-equipped apartment by the sea in the Valencian village of Alcossebre.
This
two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has a trendy modern design and all
the quality amenities necessary to make your stay as comfortable as
possible.
In
the living room there is a new 46" LCD flatscreen TV with DVD and
satellite connection. There is a streamlined leather divan which extends out
to a double bed for extra sleeping space for children. There is also a fold-away bed for extra sleeping space for adults. The dining table and trendy perspex chairs seat four and extra seating is available from the terrace.

The
modern kitchen has stainless-steel high-quality kitchen appliances. There is a water filter installed on the kitchen sink, so there is no need to carry heavy drinking water
during your stay, and the stainless steel dishwasher has
automatic functions for ease of use. There is an oven and ceramic cooker top as well as a microwave oven, water cooker, toaster, espresso and capuccino
coffee machine, and ample pots and pans for home cooking. Cutlery and crockery, tumblers, cups, salad bowl,
oven proof glass bowls and serving dishes are all supplied.
The
laundry has a washing machine, with easy-to-use symbols, and there is a drying stand on the balcony.

The
bedrooms are spacious and airy. The
main bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, with two single Nordic
doonas and 30 cm deep mattress. Sheets, pillows, pillowcases and doona
covers are supplied. There is a
double wardrobe, solely for the use of clients, with soft shelving. Off the main bedroom,
there is an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower head and an
elegant splash-safe glass door. The hair drier is available for the
use of all guests.

The
guest bedroom has two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm, with comfy 30 cm
deep mattresses. The beds have Nordic doonas, pillows, sheets,
pillowcases and doona covers. There are extra doonas and pillows in the
second wardrobe, for use on the extendable divan. Extra bedclothes and bathtowels are kept in the wardrobe
in the guest bedroom. There is also a shelf beneath the window for books, games etc. In this second bedroom, we have some board games for children and a set of paddle tennis racquets and balls for use by guests.

The
roomy terrace has a large modern sythetic ratten and glass dining table with fold away chairs and footrests with cushions which double as seats.

Upon
arrival we leave a
bottle of wine cooling in the refrigerator. There are normally some monodosis coffee sachets for the coffee machine in the
cupboard, as well as some salt, pepper and sugar cubes.
